A new scientific paper studying light pulses from sun-like stars in our galaxy was released online this week by Cornell University before it was set to be published. It has the UFO hunting community on high alert. The paper suggests that rapid, reoccurring bursts of light from these stars were not created by any natural phenomenon and are possibly evidence for an intelligent alien civilization. We’re not saying aliens, but it is aliens.

Two French-Canadian researchers, E.F Borra and E. Trottier, using data from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey discovered that many of the stars observed showed rapid bursts of light that many believe would indicate signs of an alien intelligence. They say;
“A Fourier transform analysis of 2.5 million spectra in the Sloan Digital Sky Survey was carried out to detect periodic spectral modulations. Signals having the same period were found in only 234 stars overwhelmingly in the F2 to K1 spectral range.”
While periodic spectral modulations are exciting news, other alien researchers like Andrew Siemion, the director of SETI Berkeley (the Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence) caution that these findings need to be observed and backed up by others -you know, the good old scientific method. There are currently plans to verify the findings independently with another telescope. The alien hunting group Breakthrough Listen will use the Automated Planet finder to target sun like stars (most likely to have a life harboring planet) to see if they are able to replicate the “alien beacons” of pulsating light.
Out of millions of stars, 234 might have someone home.
However the original researchers sound pretty convinced, concluding that;
“We consider several possibilities, such as rotational transitions in molecules, rapid pulsations, Fourier transform of spectral lines and signals generated by Extraterrestrial Intelligence (ETI).”

What is super interesting about the initial research done by Borra and Trottier is that it was funded by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada. The Sloan Digital Sky Survey which they used was funded by the US Department of Energy.
This comes on the heels of a year full of scientific and political disclosures that point to evidence of ETI. As we reported last week, recent revelations from WikiLeaks in their DNC email dump show that John Podesta, a former chief of staff to President Bill Clinton and Chairman of Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign, was in touch with a former NASA astronaut, the late Edgar Mitchel. The two men were discussing if the government will release its knowledge of ETI and zero- point energy. So now The US Department of Energy is funding a digital sky survey!
Edgar Mitchel, the sixth man to walk on the surface of the moon, had previously claimed that aliens intervened to stop a nuclear war between the US and Russia. It seems that up until his death this past February, Earthly conflicts influencing our relationship with aliens was still of great concern to Dr. Mitchel. In one email to Podesta, Mitchel pushes for a new military- space treaty with Russian and China in order to assure aliens we are ready to learn about zero-point energy:
“Remember, our nonviolent ETI from the contiguous universe are helping us bring zero point energy to Earth. They will not tolerate any forms of military violence on Earth or in space.”
Podesta speaking with alien representative on earth.
Woah! Podesta for his part is a big pusher of “Disclosure” – the term the UFO community uses for the government giving full disclosure and acknowledgement of the existence or presence of aliens. He has previously said, “My biggest failure of 2014: Once again not securing the disclosure of the UFO files.”
What is more, a year ago astronomers using the Kepler Space Telescope announced the discovery of what many referred to as an “alien megastructure” around a distant star. According to Popular Science:
“When a planet passes in front of a star, the star dims only for a few hours or days, and on a regular basis– every 365 days, for example. But, at irregular intervals, the star KIC 8462852 darkens by as much as 20 percent, and it stays dark for anywhere between 5 and 80 days.”
Scientists are perplexed what could be causing this phenomenon around the star that is 1480 light years away and say that it is very bizarre. While they say “aliens should be the last hypothesis” – they are not sure what natural phenomenon could be causing the dimming. Some are speculating that this is evidence that we have found an alien megastructure orbiting a star. An advanced civilization might want to build a giant solar collector around a star in order to fuel all of their super advanced technology needs. This concept is called a Dyson Sphere (one giant structure around a star) or Dyson swarms.
While many scientists are not convinced, recently some are having a hard time saying that it is NOT aliens. Proposed alternate theories including a smashed planet, a swarm of comets or simply that the telescope malfunctioned have all been rejected.
Taking all of these news items into account, we are currently at a point in history where there are two different cosmological events leading real scientists to suggest aliens. Not only that, but there is a high level presidential advisor, who talked to a former Apollo Astronaut who both want to disclose the existence of aliens to the public. All of these things taken together should suggest that in the near future we have definitive proof of not only aliens, but an intelligent extraterrestrial civilization in touch with our government.
